How do I get started?

  2. We will contact you within 24 hours to complete a 30-minute initial consultation.
  3. During your initial consult, we will discuss the services you need and how She’s Got It will help you maximize your time.
  4. Your payment will be processed, and your services will be scheduled.

Why should I hire She’s Got It?

At She’s Got It, our goal is to reduce your daily stress by giving you back your time. Sometimes you really don’t realize how time consuming a task can be, until someone else is doing it and you are using the time somewhere else. Stop wishing you had an extra set of hands and use ours!

What is your service coverage area?

Areas of service include the North Phoenix and Scottsdale area and include the communities of Cave Creek, Paradise Valley, Carefree, and Fountain Hills. Mileage over 30 miles of travel currently billable at $0.58 per mile.  (Please note mileage rates are subject to change based upon the IRS designated compensation rate.)

What are your hours of operation?

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Anything before or after these times is considered outside of normal business hours and will be charged at a priority rate.

What are priority rates and when do they begin/end?

Priority rates are charged Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sundays will be charged at priority rate. Priority rate is $45 per hour.

What if I need your service on a holiday?

Holiday rate will be charged on New Year’s Day and New Year’s Eve, MLK Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Christmas Eve. Holiday rate is $55 per hour.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks and major credit cards via PayPal. Credit card charges will incur a 3% service fee. Returned checks will be assessed a $25 returned check fee.

All expenses incurred on your behalf during a service call are due upon completion of the errand(s). Expenses over $100 must be prepaid. First-time clients must pay all expenses in advance.

We will always provide you with an invoice detailing your charges, including hourly rate and any other expenses incurred. All payments must be received within 24 hours of receiving an invoice.

What is the minimum time I can hire you?

We have a minimum one (1) hour charge on our services.

How far in advance do I need to book a service?

Services should be scheduled at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. Clients with a package will be prioritized over other clients. Our “I Need You ASAP” services are for those last-minute service needs. We will truly do our best to accommodate your errands on the same day.

What if I need to cancel a service?

Service cancellations require 24-hour notice. Missed appointments or services not canceled will incur the full-service fee that was booked.

I have a couple of service hours left, will those hours roll over to the next month?

No. Packages are good for 30 days. All service hours must be used by the end of each month. Service hours do not roll over. No refunds for unused time.

How about my privacy?

The privacy and confidentiality of our clients is extremely important to us. We will not share any of your information. We guarantee exceptional professionalism at all times.
